Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or in the event of unforeseen delays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Byra is not liable for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or other external factors beyond our control.

Domestic and International Shipping
We currently offer shipping within Singapore and to select international destinations. Shipping within Singapore is typically fulfilled within 2 - 4 business days. International shipping can take 2 - 4 weeks depending on the shipper. We have no control over this and appreciate your understanding for any delays. For international orders, customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be borne by the recipient.

Order Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Byra shall not be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Byra are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of the return, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
