Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and details carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please contact us at hello@byrabeauty.com prior to placing your order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us at hello@byrabeauty.com within 48 hours of receipt. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to management approval, offer a replacement or refund for items that arrive in a clearly faulty condition.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases and solely at the discretion of Byra’s management. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
